- 1. What does the Author Registration Fee include?
The Author Registration Fee includes conference participation, presentation opportunity, conference
proceedings, certificate of presentation/participation, and publication processing as per the conference
publication policy.
- 2. Can an author register more than one paper?
Yes. Authors may register multiple papers. An additional paper fee will be applicable for each extra paper
submitted under the same registration.
- 3. Will attendees/listeners receive a certificate?
Yes. All registered attendees/listeners will receive an official Certificate of Participation.
- 4. Is there an option to participate virtually?
Yes. The conference offers both Physical (On-site) and Virtual (Online) presentation modes, allowing
participants from around the world to attend conveniently.
- 5. Can I make the registration payment in Euros (EUR)?
Yes. Participants may make payments in Euros (EUR). Other payment options may also be available depending on
the participant's country and payment method.
- 6. How long does the publication process take?
The publication process typically takes approximately 5–6 months after the conference date, subject to
editorial review, publisher schedules, and indexing procedures.
- 7. Will registered participants receive an invitation letter for visa or academic purposes?
Ans. Yes. Upon successful registration, participants will receive an official Invitation Letter for visa
applications, academic leave approval, funding requests, or other professional purposes. This facility is
available for Authors, Co-authors, Attendees, and Listeners.
- 8. Are co-authors allowed to attend the conference?
Ans. Yes. Co-authors are welcome to attend the conference. Additional registration may be required depending
on the participation category selected.
- 9. What is the official language of the conference?
Ans. The conference welcomes paper submissions and presentations in all languages. Participants are free to
present their research in their preferred language. However, English is the most widely preferred language
for paper submission, presentation, publication, and international academic communication. To facilitate
broader participation and understanding among international delegates, authors submitting or presenting in
languages other than English may be requested to provide an English title, abstract, or presentation
summary.
- 10. How will certificates be delivered?
Ans. Participants attending the conference physically (on-site) will receive their certificates and other
applicable conference materials in hard copy at the conference venue. Participants attending virtually
(online) will receive their certificates in electronic format (E-Certificate) via email.
Virtual participants who wish to obtain hard copies of their certificates or conference materials may
